Thalias Hospitality Group has created some of Phnom Penh’s most renowned restaurants, deli-shops, bakeries which offer excellent food delivered with enlightened hospitality. Founded by CEO Arnaud Darc with the opening of Topaz Restaurant in 1997, the company now extends beyond the walls of its eateries.
